3. NATURE OF COACHING SERVICES (DISCLAIMER) 3.1. Not Medical Advice: You acknowledge that our coaching services are designed to help you improve your confidence, relationships, and personal goals. Coaching is NOT psychotherapy, counseling, or medical treatment. We do not diagnose or treat mental health disorders.
3.2. Client Responsibility: You are solely responsible for your physical, mental, and emotional well-being during the coaching sessions. You understand that results vary and depend on your own commitment and effort.
4. BOOKING AND PAYMENTS 4.1. Payment: All coaching sessions, programs, or digital products must be paid for in accordance with the fees displayed on our website or agreed upon in your coaching contract.
4.2. Currency: All prices are quoted in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated.
5. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY 5.1. Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule a 1-on-1 coaching session, you must provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited or charged at the full rate.
5.2. Digital Products: Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you generally have a 14-day right to cancel. However, by downloading or accessing digital content (such as ebooks or video courses) immediately, you agree to waive this 14-day cooling-off period, and refunds will not be issued once access is granted.
5.3. Coaching Programs: Refunds for long-term coaching packages are governed by the specific agreement signed at the commencement of the program.
